Janice Picconi

I’m a queer creative producer and director with an MFA from Columbia University and a background in corporate production, product launches, and entrepreneurship. I bring that cross-industry experience into every film set and branded shoot, merging big-picture vision with grounded, detail-oriented execution.

My work spans narrative and commercial projects, including a recent feature with a Sundance Award–winning director. I’ve built crews from the ground up, led productions on tight timelines, and handled union paperwork, budgeting, and team logistics with clarity and confidence. I create sets that are collaborative, efficient, and human-focused, because great work comes from environments where people can thrive.
